Shipping policy

Please keep in mind the order process time and the USPS shipping time are two separate timelines. The shipping time you see when you choose the shipping service at checkout does not consider our order processing time.  

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic you could expect certain delays in shipping times or updated tracking.  

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
